Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeline - 7 Days

Due to the nature of the product, all earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• You receive a damaged item
• You received the wrong product

Exchange / Replacement Policy Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos & an unboxing video as proof
• Email us at: onlyearringsofficial@gmail.com

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

• Item must be unused and unworn
• Must be in original packaging
• All tags must be intact

Refund Process

 • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the product (if applicable).
 • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Charges

 • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (if applicable).
 • Please make sure you use a courier service that provides a tracking number.
 
If the return parcel is lost and there is no tracking proof, we will not be able to process a refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time : Standard Delivery 5–10 business days. Express Delivery 3-5 business days. Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped. The business is not responsible for delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
